Early-bird pricing is currently applied. The regular price will remain displayed with a strikethrough.
Registration will not be confirmed until payment is made.
MYR 280.00 for APOSHO Members; MYR 340.00 for Non-Members and Students.

Invoicing information

These details will be shown on the invoice generated after registration.

The registration information and invoice PDF will be sent to this e-mail address. The delegate’s e-mail address is used by default, but you may replace it with an accounts or finance e-mail address.
After submission, the registration information and invoice PDF will be sent to the invoicing e-mail address entered above. Copies will also be sent to the delegate’s e-mail address and the APOSHO 40 Conference Team. Payment should then be made according to the banking details shown on the invoice.
